International Shipping Information
International Returns & Exchanges offers international shipping through our partnership with global e-commerce provider Borderfree. U.S. currently ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and to the following international locations: Germany, Japan, Netherlands, Norway,Taiwan, China, South Korea, and the United Kingdom.

Shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Guam) is unavailable at this time.

Please be advised that orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada are not eligible for ree shipping benefits, offers requiring a promotion code, or free returns.


Placing International Orders

Shop the U.S. site and select the country you would like to ship to on the My Basket page. Your order total will then appear in the destination country’s currency for checkout. Order totals are guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed.


International Payment Methods

Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We are unable to accept debit cards or American Express Corporate cards at this time. Gift cards and eGift certificates are not available for purchase or redemption online at this time.

When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the order is shipped, the payment is processed. Your credit card will be billed by our partner, Borderfree, within 72 hours of placing your order.

Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city/province/territory names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.

If you have placed an order online you can view information on your order within the My Account section of the site. If you do not see your order displayed in this section then it was not placed and you must return to your Shopping Basket and complete the Checkout process again.

All payment forms are subject to verification and review by Sephora. Sephora reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. International Shipping Information offers the following flat rate international shipping costs.

Flat Rate Fee: $20 USD Flat Rate for all international Orders.

All international orders are subject to local fees, taxes, duties and customs. does not cover these additional charges, and the charges can be significant, so check with your local Customs office before you order.


Orders must be placed by 17:00 (5:00PM) GMT to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after the deadline, it will be processed the next business day. All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Certain items considered hazardous materials including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted to ground-only transport, due to air transportation restrictions and regulations. These items will not be eligible for international shipment.

International Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for purchases. In all cases, products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned. All merchandise must be in the same condition it was receiced.

Return of Online Purchases by Mail

Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded.

If within 45 days of your purchase, you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, we will either replace it or provide you with a full product refund, excluding shipping and handling.  If the item has been used, a restocking fee might apply and you will be informed of the fee prior to the return. Restocking fees are generally a percentage of the product, starting at 15% or a flat amount.

Simply email us at and indicate the reason for your return to receive a RMA #.  In the subject line, include your order number.  Include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. Please indicate if the item is a return or an exchange.

For your protection, we recommend you purchase insurance on your package for the value of the merchandise being returned. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:
